Mark Estep
Mark Estep is the founder of WaveOne Associates and brings more than 30 years of experience strengthening operational performance in organizations facing growth, complexity, and change.
He began his career leading global logistics operations in the military and later led product, plant, and enterprise performance improvement initiatives across aerospace, financial services, information technology, shared services, and pharmaceuticals.
Mark is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and experienced change leader who has led large-scale improvement deployments in organizations ranging in size from $1.5MM to $20B. His work has consistently focused on simplifying work, aligning systems, and building the management discipline required to sustain results.
His experience has shaped a practical philosophy: meaningful performance gains come from balancing the speed of operational improvement with the mindset and behavior shifts required for adoption.
